Vinicunca – Rainbow mountain

And it goes on…….

I could smell the next 5000m mountain =) Vinicunca has “only” 5040m but I saw many people with oxygen mask =) They had many problems, they almost died of exertion. The mountain is not difficult, it is like a a leisurely sunday walk, the thin air is the most problem. But if you have time, like me, it is funny =)

With its seven different colors that run parallel to each other, it looks like a rainbow (you will see it at the photos=) ). The colors are the result of superimposed minerals that have been deposited here for millions of years.

At the beginning i met an other invalid, like me =) He also had an parachute accident. enough topics of conversation!!
Thanks Renzo for the really cool day at the mountain, profound talks and for your help in Peru and in Columbia. I am soooooo sorry that I hadn´t time in Lima =( but the world is small, I am sure we will see us again =) =)

I am thinking there is no more to say about it. It was a cool day tour, I met nice people, had great talks and had mystical weather for perfect photos =)
