After a 22 hours bus ride we arrived in El Bolson. There was not much to see during the trip except bleak steppes and sometimes trees. =) The food and the trees were the highlights during the ride. =)
El Bolson also doesn’t have much to offer. We used the time for washing, planning and some small shop tours.
The bus ride to Bariloche took only two hours. Bariloche is known as Switzerland from Argentina. Unfortunately the weather there was very bad. Sometimes rain, extremely windy, cloudy and cold.
I’ve been sensitive to the weather since my paragliding accident. I had a lot of back pain and headache. I was forced to do only small activities. Many back exercices and short walks (in the national park “Nahuel Huapi” and i walked up to the Cerro Campanario – nice view over the lakes!!)
There are three important pillars at a trip. Health, time and money. Are there any troubles with any of them, the trip becomes more difficult!
Whereby health is the most important pillar. The journey depends on your health, just saying =)
Lisa and me also met Sarah again. We said goodbye for the fifth time =) I am sure that we will see us again during my trip =)
It was also time to say goodbye to Lisa =( After three weeks of traveling together we had to say goodbye. The reason for the suprising farewell was the dangerous situation in Santiago. I did not change my plan and went to Santiago. Lisa wanted to stay in a safe country so she decided to stay in argentina and went to Mendoza.
It was a short but painfull farewell. But don´t be sad, we will see Lisa again =) =) it was not time to say goodbye =)
I was a little bit nervous and scared about Santiago because at the news I saw only bad and dangerous pictures. Either, there weren’t many people in my bus and after booking my hostel I also got an email from the interior ministry that I shouldn’t go to Santiago. But I wanted to see the situation with my own eyes and I saw it. But more at the next post!!!
